A man from Australia has decided to keep his sperm cells fertile for more than 2 decades! The result? His first born baby was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records!
The man who was identified as Alex Powell was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at the age of 15 and the treatments that he had been receiving will make him infertile.
His stepmother was so worried about his future family that's why she told him to keep his sperm inside a sperm bank so he could use it in the future if he'll be planning on having his own family.
Through IVF or In Vitro Fertilization, a baby was conceived! And the healthy baby was named Xavier Powell who is considered as the fruit of the oldest sperm in the world!
