Some of the causes of these symptoms are antibiotics, birth control pills, heat, moisture, pregnancy, diabetes, STD, HIV, wearing tight clothes and jeans, and even menstruation.

To avoid this condition you need to maintain a healhty and balanced diet. V*ginal health is always associated with a healthy diet! Try drinking some cranberry juice or yogurt, this helps fight yeast infections.

You should also start wearing cotton underwear and a little loose pants, to help your V breathe well.

Avoid douching. Douching always interferes with V pH levels. This reduces the acidity that will help ease the impact of infections.

You should also avoid using soaps with strong scent and start using mild and unscented soaps for your private part. And in having an intercourse, always make sure that your partner is using a condom, to prevent HIV or STD infections.
