It is for real that a lot of people think that when a person is a politician, he/she will be living a wealthier life than before. They claim that a politician becomes richer and richer as time flies.
However, their beliefs have changed after the Davao City Mayor, Rodrigo Duterte has announced to public that he'll be running for president in the national elections.
The people from different parts of the world have rejoiced, thinking that finally, our lives will change!
What impressed them even more is the fact that in every event that Mayor Duterte attends, he always shows off his simplicity.
Simplicity? Name a politician who ties the back of his shirt just because it's larger than the usual size? No one does it aside from Duterte!
Simple life? Do you know a single politician who still uses an old model of a mobile phone? No one does this either, aside from Mayor Duterte!
You see? Not all politicians are living the life that we expected them to live, Mayor Duterte is still there, living the way many Filipinos do.
