We can still recall that earlier this year, Ciara Sotto has decided to end her relationship with her husband, Joe Oconer because of an alleged third party.
Last February, Ciara Sotto posted a friendly reminder to her husband's mistress by saying that God won't bless anyone with someone else's husband.
After her friendly reminder, there are now issues that Valeen Montenegro was actually the reason why Ciara decided to leave her husband. There are claims that she's the mistress of Joe.
Just recently, PEP.ph had an interview with Valeen Montenegro. And there, Valeen denied the issue. She claims that she's not the reason why the couple decided to end their relationship. And because of what Valeen said, Ciara once again posted a puzzling message on her Facebook account.
It was then revealed that Ciara found out about her husband's mistress through their telephone bill. She saw a number that was new to her eyes and when she asked her friends about who's number is that, they stated that it was Valeen's.
